Scope
Currenti llc operates the Club Tattoo online booking and client-care messaging service for participating Club Tattoo studios. This policy explains how Currenti llc and those studios handle information submitted through that service.
Information we collect
Depending on the service you request, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred studio, requested date and time, artist preference, age or date-of-birth information, tattoo or piercing details, reference images, payment and deposit status, appointment history, and communications with the studio.
How we use information
- Review, schedule, confirm, and manage booking requests and appointments.
- Send requested client-care messages, deposit or payment links, reminders, and studio replies.
- Match requests with studios and artists and maintain operational records.
- Protect the booking service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
- Meet legal, payment, recordkeeping, and safety obligations.
SMS and mobile information
When you select the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, Currenti llc uses your mobile number to provide Club Tattoo Booking and Client Care texts for the studio you selected. Messages may include booking-request acknowledgements, scheduling questions or changes, studio replies, secure deposit or payment links, confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and conversations with the studio. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Currenti llc and Club Tattoo do not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent to another organization for its own use.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage bookings, serve clients, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to a Club Tattoo text to opt out of messages from that number or HELP for help. You may still submit a booking request without agreeing to SMS; the studio may contact you by email or phone call instead. See the SMS Terms and SMS opt-in disclosure for more information.
