Program description
Currenti llc operates the Club Tattoo Booking and Client Care SMS program for participating Club Tattoo studios. The program is for people who voluntarily opt in while submitting a booking request or arranging an appointment with a Club Tattoo studio. Messages may include request confirmations, scheduling questions or changes, artist and studio replies, deposit or payment links, appointment confirmations, and service reminders. The program does not send third-party or affiliate marketing.
Consent and eligibility
Entering a mobile number in the public Club Tattoo booking form at clubtattoobooking.com does not enroll you in SMS. You opt in only by selecting the separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is separate from marketing consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, and you can submit the form without selecting it. You must be the account holder or have permission to enroll the mobile number you provide. The exact disclosure is available on our SMS opt-in page.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request, appointment activity, and replies to the studio. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to stop SMS messages from that Club Tattoo number.
- Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
- Reply HELP for help, or visit the Club Tattoo contact page.
After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information and SMS opt-in data is described in the Club Tattoo Booking Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms as our booking and client-care services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
